Spotlessly clean place & extremely helpful and very friendly staff from the parking valets to the waitstaff. The breakfasts with good view. Absolutely perfect setting in the very convenient area, near to the art museums, great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and historical points of interest and the town hall and independence hall.
Beds were too small.

The hotel was very close to everything that you could possibly visit, and I appreciated
The staff's dedication to making my stay wonderful, especially their readiness when I arrived early. I found the cost of water quite steep, though there was a CVS nearby.

We got huge luxury king room with huge bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. A safe, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar were appreciated. The location of the hotel was incredible - within walking distance of Independence National Historical Park.

fantastic city access for weekend explorers and landmark lovers
As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious, comfortable accommodations that gave me a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploration, but I did notice the hotel lobby felt a bit crowded and unorganized at times.

Comfortable bed, great hotel gym, food was good, large bathroom
Not the view I expected, also when I booked my reservation from Booked.net said it included breakfast, they didn't have that on their reservation so I had to show them mine and then they only gave us a 25.00 credit which didn't cover the full bill.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff!
Our first visit was good! The staff greeted us warmly every time we passed by. The room was bright and clean. Don't miss the delicious breakfast buffet-try the pastries! For convenience, explore the local eateries nearby. Can't wait to return!

The historic hotel features nice views and friendly staff. Cleanliness fell short with dust and dirty towels in the room, and the mini fridge wasn't cold. These issues were disappointing for a place with such high expectations.

It was just a decent option for a transient stop in Philadelphia with high value for money. The staff went the extra mile to help me find a misplaced item during a busy conference. If you stay, aim for a high floor for great views.

We loved checking out the local sights and relaxing at the spa. The location is perfect for exploring, whether you're visiting attractions or grabbing a bite nearby.
I had a bit of trouble when I discovered my bathtub wasn't working . It was disappointing because I really wanted to unwind after a long day out.

The location was excellent, very close to the Convention Center, making it convenient for my business trip. I enjoyed the quality of the food provided but faced some inconsistencies with room service and housekeeping during my stay. Overall, while the amenities were good, improvements in staff communication would enhance the experience.
